“Alameda County Assessor Phong La, Alameda County Supervisor Elisa Marquez, and Housing and Economic Rights Advocates (HERA) are hosting an in-person free Low Income Estate Planning Workshop. The workshop will teach:
- What the term “estate planning” refers to and how it helps residents protect family homes and other belongings
- Key documents that are part of an estate plan in California
- How HERA helps residents with estate plans
